Beta evidence
Quick answer
Tarstones combine with Shell, weapon, sidearm, and Resolve builds. Known beta clues include Deadman's Stone, Shattering Stone, Shrike Stone, and Siegebreaker Stone, but names, totals, effects, and coordinates require formal UI verification.
01
Tarstone system
Treat Tarstones as build components, not isolated collectibles.
- Pair a Tarstone with the Shell's defensive and offensive identity.
- Check how the effect changes Resolve generation or spending.
- Record the weapon and sidearm used when testing a combination.
02
Known beta route clues
These are useful leads, not final coordinates.
- Shrike Stone is associated with an alternate path in the second swamp-region area.
- Follow the explosive green stick totems as a route clue.
- Support Tarstones can appear behind buildings, in three-offering chests, or after trials.
03
Avoiding false certainty
Beta map changes are expected during launch preparation.
- Serpent Stone appears in a Gameplay Reveal but was reported absent from the beta.
- Do not publish beta coordinates as formal-release coordinates without retesting.
- A missing chest can indicate an offering, trial, or progression condition rather than a bug.
Evidence is time-stamped to Aug 19, 2026. Beta feedback is labeled as beta evidence and is not a permanent formal-release rule.
